Rare plants flourish here at Fota House and Garden thanks to the gentle climate offered by Cork harbour. The gardens feature an established arboretum with many unusual and rare tree species. There is also the walled garden with extensive herbaceous boarders. There is a café and toilets at Fota House.
Entry is free to the gardens.
There is a car park charge of €3 per vehicle.
It will be a self-guided tour with an information leaflet available. Tours of the interior of Fota House are available for a fee of €8 per adult (note that this is not organised as part of this garden visit).
