We will start at 11am with Anne Condell of Warblebank Garden. The Condell family have lived here for many generations and Anne would be delighted to tell you the history of the garden which has been lovingly looked after by Anne and by her late mother over the years. Warblebank Garden is home to many unusual varieties of aconitums, astrantias and geraniums.
After our tour lasting just over an hour, we will then head the short distance to Cloncallow, the home of the Kennedy’s. This is a family affair with Mum Noreen as head gardener, Dad being dragged in on occasion and of course the main event here – our summer lunch by daughter Ella. With an entrance framed by two myrtle trees, there is a duck pond home to 5 resident ducks. A gentle slope draws us down to a natural stream which has been planted up and restored over the last 12 years. Lilies are a particular favorite of mum Noreen. The polytunnels are where much of our organic lunch will be sourced – tomoatoes, courgettes and a wide variey of salads, Cloncallow also boasts many fruit trees to cater for our dessert, apricots and strawberries have been mentioned!

Plants from both of the gardens will be for sale at the end of the day along with jams, preserves and free range duck eggs from Cloncallow.
