This second visit of the season by the Northern Region of the IGPS, is to the demesne of Lady Ballyedmond. – Ballyedmond Castle Garden near Rostrevor, Co Down and will be guided by the Head Gardener Jamie McCormack.
The garden has not been opened to visits previously by Lady Ballyedmond who has recently become a member of the Society.
It is proposed that we will take afternoon tea in the Orangery after the garden tour which should take about two to two and a half hours.
LOCATION:
Driving from Rostrevor towards Kilkeel, approximately 3 miles from Rostrevor, you will see the brick wall surrounding the Ballyedmond estate; use the 2nd entrance and follow the main castle drive, parking in front of the castle.
Numbers are restricted and tickets are available on a first come basis.
