"The Gardens of Scotland" - with Colin Wren @ National Botanic Gardens

Colin Wren, Gardens and Designed Landscapes Manager (Edinburgh and East) at the National Trust for Scotland  will bring us on a journey of the must see gardens under his care. He will guide us on some of the rare and unusual plants to look out for and also tell us about the challenges and privileges of leading these gardens. Trained at the Royal Horticultural Society Gardens, Wisley and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Edinburgh, Colin has also worked as Gardens Manager at Edinburgh Zoo, and nursery mangarer at Binny Plants, a renowned nursery and on-line plant supplier in Scotland.

This lecture will be for all of us who face similar challenges. There will be time at the end of the lecture to answer your questions regarding plant choice and care. Colin’s lecture will be a great introduction to the many great gardens of Scotland to be visited.
