Tasmanian Plants for Irish Gardens - with Neil Porteous @ Northridge House

Neil Porteous is the Head Gardener at Mount Stewart in Northern Ireland as well as being a garden adviser to the National Trust and is regularly consulted on garden projects through the island of Ireland. He has had a strong interest in introducing a new and interesting range of plants to the gardens at Mount Stewart, plants experienced on his world-wide travels, and this is sure to be a talk of great interest to the plantsperson and, indeed, anybody who would wish to extend the range of plants they grow or introduce something new and unusual to their garden.

Non-members of the Irish Garden Plant Society are most welcome – we will make a small charge to comply withe the requirements of our insurance brokers – so come along on Tuesday the 5th of March and we would be delighted to see you.
