Dr. Eoin Lettice is a Plant Scientist and lecturer at the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences at University College Cork.
As well as his academic pursuits he is also an avid communicator with his blog and active Twitter posts along with regular contributions to The Guardian.
