Members must have paid their 2021/22 subscription fee.
ABOUT THIS EVENT
As seen on the BBC NI programme “Greatest Gardens”, this three acre garden is on a reclaimed quarry
with natural woodland ponds and small bridges. Meandering moss paths lead to different areas.
The gardens have been developed while trying to retain the natural landscape.
There are many viewing areas located within the gardens. In early summer Waterlilies, Iris, Ferns,
Rhododendrons and Acers come to the fore.
Please be advised that stout footwear is required as this is very much a woodland garden.
Please note that surfaces may be slippery after rain.
Unfortunately the garden is not wheelchair friendly and it is not fully accessible to those with limited mobility.
ITINERARY
Numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of 15 members per visit.
There is a choice between two morning visits (starting at 10.00 am or 11.45 am) or two afternoon visits (starting at 1.30 pm or 3.15 pm).
You only need to book one time slot for a visit.
Each visit will last a maximum of 1 hour.
We are all looking forward to this visit.
Access to the garden is via a very narrow lane and parking is extremely limited which means that only a small number of cars can be accommodated.
In order to cope with this and to comply with the wishes of the owners, it is vital that we adhere to the one hour time limit.
Please share a car where this is possible and you feel comfortable in doing so.
Visitors will need to vacate in a timely fashion to allow the next set of visitors to obtain a parking space.
Your help with this is very much appreciated so that everyone can enjoy the day.

When booking your time slot on Eventbrite, you must type in the name of each IGPS member for whom you are booking a ticket,
